 Welcome

Welcome to Southwest Michigan's premiere developer's group, MDSM, a community for developers, by developers.  Our mission is to strengthen Southwest Michigan's hold on technology professionals through networking, knowledge share, and camaraderie.

Our meetings are every fourth Thursday of every month at 4664 Campus Drive in Kalamazoo (in WMU's Business Technology and Research Park).  Our meetings also feature free wireless internet access.  Bring your laptop, bring your knowledge, and join us for refreshments and technical discussion at our next meeting.

- Mark Gilbert, President MDSM

 Directions

From 131:

  • Exit Stadium Dr. East (Exit 36)
  • Turn right on Drake (first light after the highway)
  • Drake becomes Campus Drive
  • Go straight through the light at Parkview
  • The building is one of the last buildings are you are heading OUT of the Park, has a large sign on Campus Drive called “Granite Park I“, and is a 1-story with a large blue arch easily visible from the road.  You should see it on your left once you are about 100 yards into the Park.  Use the 3rd cut-through to turn around, and then turn into the first drive on your right.  Parking is behind the building.

Entering the Building:

  • Enter the main glass doors (from the parking lot)
  • Our offices are located through the door immediately to the left
  • Enter our office and turn right, the meeting is just down the hall.  When you've found the food and people discussing obscure keyboard shortcuts in Visual Studio, you're there!
