Eric Wozniak - Business Analysis: Building the "Right" Software Solution
This session examines the discipline of Business Analysis. Participants will gain an understanding of the fundamentals of business analysis, and its importance in building quality software solutions. Some of the questions addressed include, What is business analysis? Why is it important to me? Where does it fit in some of the some prominent development methodologies, like the Rational Unified Process (RUP), and Extreme Programming (XP)?
